Registration Form for Teams
Register your team to join the APERTURE Business Incubator and develop your initial PropTech-related idea into a structured business concept and Business Plan. Throughout the incubation period, your team will receive tailored mentoring from experts across Europe and access to business development tools and learning resources. English is the main working language of the Incubator.
The Incubator is open to undergraduate, postgraduate and graduate students, as well as vocational-school learners in the 7 APERTURE countries. Students from fields related to construction, architecture, engineering, smart buildings and sustainability are particularly encouraged, while other students interested in PropTech and the sustainable built environment are equally welcome. Each team will represent one APERTURE country (Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Spain, Ireland, Malta, France), but no each team member needs to hold that country's nationality.
Ideas may relate to: 🏢 Smart Buildings & Property Solutions • 💻 Digital Innovation • 🌱 Sustainable & Resource-Efficient Construction • ⚡ Energy & Climate-Smart Solutions • 👥 People, Communities & Better Places.
Your idea does not need to be fully developed at registration. You will develop and refine it throughout the mentoring process where you will receive support from experts and mentors. These areas are for inspiration, not restrictions – other innovative ideas related to PropTech and the sustainable built environment are welcome.
After registration, the team leader will receive an email to verify and activate the team account before signing in to the Incubator Platform (please also check your spam/junk folder). The team account will be used throughout the Incubator for Platform notifications, mentoring-related communication and important updates.
Once registered and logged in, your team will be able to complete/update its team profile and access the available resources and guidance. From November 2026 onwards, your team will also be able to explore the profiles and areas of expertise of registered mentors and book mentoring sessions according to your team’s specific needs and the mentors’ availability.
Ready to shape the future of green construction and PropTech innovation? 🚀
