PropTech Business Incubator

(Individual) Registration Form for Mentors

Register as an APERTURE Mentor and contribute your expertise to the development of innovative PropTech and sustainable built-environment business ideas. You will support student teams from across the APERTURE countries with expert guidance and practical feedback as they develop their ideas and Business Plans. English is the main working language of the Incubator.

Your role as an APERTURE Mentor.

As a mentor, you will provide expert guidance and practical feedback to help teams refine their ideas and develop their Business Plans. During the mentoring period (November 2026 – April 2027), teams will browse mentor profiles and send meeting requests based on the expertise they need. After your first sign-in, you need to update immediately your profile and indicate your availability for 10 online mentoring sessions. Each team may book the same mentor for up to two sessions, with approximately 1–1.5 hours per meeting recommended.

What benefits will you gain?

What happens after registration?
